The Jewel and the Lake is pleased to collaborate with licensed tour operators and travel agencies seeking a tranquil, adults-only lakeside retreat for their clients.
Our boutique property offers 4 uniquely appointed rooms, each accommodating a maximum of 2 adult guests, with breakfast included.

Partnership Structure
Our tour operator programme offers net rates representing approximately 10–15% below standard public rates.
We aim to build long-term partnerships based on clarity, reliability, and mutual professionalism.

Payment Policy
Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full (100%) prepayment within 3 working days (Saturday included).
Rooms are held for a maximum of 3 working days pending payment.
In the absence of payment within this period, rooms will be automatically released without further notice.
Cancellation
All tour operator bookings are prepaid in full.
Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
No-shows and early departures are charged in full.
